Water

The Eco Lodge sits in a valley in central Portugal, right where two rivers meet. It's off-grid, sustainably run, and built around one idea: getting you as close to nature as possible. Water is everywhere here. A chemical-free natural pool at the edge of the valley, the River Seia along the bottom of the land, a private river beach, a creek to swim in, a hot tub for stargazing, a sauna, and a waterfall within walking distance.

For a retreat about water, we couldn't have asked for more.

What to expect…

Yoga & Breathwork

Jess will be guiding you through the carefully curated week of yoga flows and breathwork sessions. Naturally designed to follow the rhythm of the day and all, of course, inspired by water. Think sunrise vinyasa in the outdoor shala, evening yin and Nidra with the soundtrack of the river flowing and breath to connect into our innate wisdom.

Adventure

Hikes to the secret waterfall, walks down to the creek for a unique breathwork on the banks, walks through the forest. This retreat is about creating and capturing memories that will inspire you, and help you leave at the end of the week having found your flow.

Space

Our retreat home is fully off grid, so set your out of office to ‘in the forest somewhere in Portugal’, turn off your phone and do what we never have time to do.
