Nestled into the hillside, in the heart of the Wye Valley, our home for the long weekend is an eco-retreat centre built quietly into the woodland, with the valley falling away below.
Expect timber-framed yurts and studio spaces looking out over the treeline, an outdoor eco-spa, hot tub and sauna for evenings under the stars, and ancient woodland right on the doorstep for forest bathing and quiet walks. Simple, seasonal food. No wifi worth mentioning. Just forest, valley, and the people around you.

The elemental theme for this retreat:
‘Earth’
Four days, Thursday to Sunday, tucked into a valley in the Wye Valley with ancient woodland on all sides. We'll move through grounding flows that bring you back into your body, sit with breathwork that deepens connection, and spend real time in the forest- not observing it, but inside it.
There's a sauna and hot tub waiting for when the day slows down. And spring will be coming in around us the whole time.
What to expect…
Yoga & Breathwork
Morning vinyasa as the sun rises over the valley. Evening restorative yoga to bring everything back down. And woven through it all, breathwork to help you release whatever you've been carrying.
Sound Bath
Craig from Soundworks will join us for a day in the ancient woodland, bringing sound bath and handpan into the forest.
Sound in the forest just hits different.
Forest Bathing & Foraging
The bluebells will be out, the wild garlic coming through, and the woodland doing everything it does when spring arrives.
We'll spend time in the forest the way it's meant to be spent - slowly, with our senses open.
