A week on Morocco's wild Atlantic coast. Fire ceremonies under the stars. Yoga as the sun rises over the ocean. Slow-cooked meals around the flame. Space to breathe, set fire to what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what matters.

The week will include fire ceremonies and intention-setting rituals, committing what you want to leave behind to the flame and setting your dreams alight. Along with;

Fiery vinyasa flows.

Breathwork to ignite your inner heat.

Cooking over open flame.

The burning Moroccan sunsets and sunrises that this coast is famous for.

What to expect…

Yoga & Meditation

A week of different styles of yoga varying from vinyasa, yin, restorative & nidra, all of which echoing the natural rhythm of the day. Meditations to help you drop in to each moment and explore what is hiding beneath.

Breathwork

Breathwork to activate and cleanse your energy. Real insights can be gained from a transformational session, held in a safe space for you to feel all that needs to be felt.

Adventure

Whether that be exploring the Medina, forest bathing, watching the sunset on the dunes, swimming in the ocean or riding on a horse down the long deserted stretch of beach, this week can be as active or as relaxing as you choose.
